These Knorr teriyaki noodles aren't bad at all. They have small pieces of broccoli and carrots in them, but the best part about the bowl is definitely the noodles! This noodle cup is a delicious way to prepare lunch in about 5 minutes. The one thing I can say about this noodle cup is that you have to allow time for the water to absorb into the noodles. If you don't, the noodles won't become soft. It's important to make sure that you let the noodles sit for a full 3 minutes before eating. Once I did that, they were perfect! I did add a little bit of chicken to mine for the sake of extra protein, but they are delicious all by themselves, too!

These noodles are a great light meal or snack, very easy to make with just some water, a spoon and a microwave. Mix well before microwaving as there is a good amount of spices and it takes a good stir. Mix well again after the three minute post-microwave rest. My teenage son just loved these and I’m ordering more!

I just had this for dinner yesterday and I can say it was fast and tasty! In less than 5 minutes I had a nice filling meal. I did have some leftover tofu that I added that made it especially yummy and added a second level of texture! It had an initial strong lime flavor that I really liked as it settled down when all the other ingredients got in on the action.
