This brand was a big part of my childhood and my children's childhood. Chicken noodle is the soup we want when we are ill. It is comfort food. The value is excellent with Subscribe and Save. As far as heat level you can make it how hot you want, both as temperature of soup and taste by adding a few drops of hot sauce. It's easy to make and easy on your stomach. It makes a tasty lunch when days are chilly.

I buy this all the time and very much enjoy the taste. This is NOT the low salt version and does have lots of salt. But frankly that's part of why the taste is so good. I eat about 4 cans of this a week and is one of my favorite staple foods that I can heat quickly in a bowl in the microwave or in a pot on the stove.The directions say to add water but I find I prefer the taste without watering it down. But if the flavor is too strong for you, just add some water before heating and mix it. It even has pop top cans so you don't even need a can opener.These are the gold label soups. But, If you prefer less salt, you can purchase blue label Campbells Soup and skip much of the salt.Campbells makes great soups!
